본 약관은 StrayKitty Studio(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 프라이빗 암호화 메모 서비스 'NaMemo(나메모)'(모바일 앱, PC 데스크톱 소프트웨어 및 공식 웹사이트 포함, 이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 제반 사항을 규정합니다.
2제2조 (용어의 정의)
"서비스"라 함은 회사가 제공하는 모바일(Android, iOS) 및 PC(Windows, macOS)용 NaMemo 애플리케이션과 종단간 암호화 동기화 제반 기능을 의미합니다.
"제로 날리지(Zero-Knowledge)"라 함은 메모 원문이 기기 내에서만 암호화/복호화되며 회사는 복호화 키나 평문을 보유하지 않는 보안 체계를 의미합니다.
"복구 키(Recovery Key)"라 함은 기기 교체나 분실 시 암호화된 데이터를 복호화하기 위해 기기에서 1회성으로 생성·고지되는 암호화 복구 토큰을 의미합니다.
"PC Pro"라 함은 PC 데스크톱 버전 잠금 해제 및 PC-모바일 간 연동을 위해 스토어 인앱 결제로 구독하는 유료 서비스를 의미합니다.
3제3조 (약관의 효력 및 개정)
회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 이용자가 개정 약관 적용일까지 명시적인 거부 의사를 표시하지 않고 서비스를 계속 사용하는 경우 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
4제4조 (서비스 내용 및 요금 체계)
모바일 앱 및 모바일 기기 간 동기화는 광고 없이 평생 무료입니다. PC 데스크톱 앱 사용 및 PC 연동은 연간 Pro 정기 구독으로 제공됩니다.
웹 결제 부존재 고지
공식 웹사이트에서는 직접 결제를 수납하지 않으며, 모든 유료 결제는 Google Play Store 또는 Apple App Store의 인앱 결제를 통해서만 이루어집니다.
5제5조 (이용계약 및 계정 관리)
이용자는 기기 및 Google 계정의 보안을 유지할 전적인 책임이 있으며, 제3자의 무단 사용으로 인한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
6제6조 (제로 날리지 및 복구 키 관리 의무 - 완전 면책)
마스터키 부존재 및 이용자의 데이터 보관 책임
1. 회사의 열람 불가: 회사는 제로 날리지 원칙에 따라 회원의 암호화 키, 비밀번호, 평문을 일절 보유하지 않습니다.
2. 복구 키 보관 책임: 회원은 1회 발급되는 복구 키를 안전하게 보관해야 합니다.
3. 데이터 유실 완전 면책: 복구 키 분실, 기기 고장/초기화로 인해 메모를 복호화할 수 없게 된 경우, 회사는 이를 복구할 기술적 수단이 전무하며 이로 인한 데이터 유실에 대해 회사는 일체의 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7제7조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)
회사는 운영상 필요에 따라 무료 서비스를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 관련 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 별도의 손해배상 책임을 지지 않습니다.
8제8조 (이용자의 의무 및 금지행위)
리버스 엔지니어링, 비정상적 트래픽 유발, 라이선스 부정 사용 등은 엄격히 금지되며 위반 시 사전 통보 없이 이용이 차단될 수 있습니다.
9제9조 (지식재산권의 귀속)
소프트웨어, UI/UX, 상표 등 일체의 권리는 StrayKitty Studio에 귀속됩니다.
10제10조 (계약 해지 및 이용 제한)
Pro 유료 구독 취소는 해당 앱 스토어 계정 설정에서 직접 진행해야 하며, 앱 삭제만으로는 구독이 해지되지 않습니다.
11제11조 (보증의 부인 및 면책)
"있는 그대로(AS-IS)" 제공 원칙
회사는 서비스를 "있는 그대로(AS-IS)" 제공하며 무오류성, 무중단성에 대한 일체의 묵시적 보증을 배제합니다.
12제12조 (손해배상 및 책임의 제한)
손해배상 한도액 엄격 제한
회사가 이용자에게 부담하는 총 누적 손해배상 책임은 이용자가 직전 12개월 동안 회사에 실제 지불한 금액의 총합(무료 회원의 경우 0원)을 어떠한 경우에도 초과할 수 없습니다. 간접·결과적 손해는 배상 대상에서 제외됩니다.
13제13조 (준거법 및 재판관할)
대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁 시 회사의 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.
These Terms of Service govern the use of NaMemo private encrypted note-taking software and multi-device sync services provided by StrayKitty Studio ("Company").
2Section 2 (Definitions)
"Zero-Knowledge" means notes are encrypted strictly on-device before sync, such that the Company possesses no decryption keys or plaintext content. "Recovery Key" is a one-time cryptographic token generated on-device for data recovery.
3Section 3 (Effect & Revisions)
Continued use of the service after effective amendment dates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
4Section 4 (Services & In-App Subscriptions)
Mobile usage and sync are free for life. PC Pro desktop features require an annual in-app subscription billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. No direct billing occurs on this website.
5Section 5 (Account & Device Security)
Users are solely responsible for maintaining local biometric locks, OS security, and authentication credentials.
6Section 6 (Zero-Knowledge Architecture & Key Loss Disclaimer)
Total Disclaimer for Lost Data
The Company does not possess master keys or passwords. Users are strictly responsible for safeguarding their Recovery Key. In the event of hardware loss, OS wipe, or lost Recovery Keys, the Company is technically unable to decrypt user notes and bears zero liability for any data loss.
7Section 7 (Service Modifications & Downtime)
The Company may update or suspend free features for maintenance without liability for damages.
8Section 8 (Prohibited Activities)
Reverse engineering, decompilation, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized resale of software licenses are strictly prohibited.
9Section 9 (Intellectual Property)
All trademarks, brand identity, and application source code remain the exclusive intellectual property of StrayKitty Studio.
10Section 10 (Termination & Cancellation)
Subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play or Apple ID account settings. Uninstalling the app does not terminate active billing.
11Section 11 (Warranty Disclaimer - AS-IS)
AS-IS Provision
The service is provided strictly "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12Section 12 (Limitation of Liability Capped to 12 Months)
Monetary Cap on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s cumulative liability for any claim shall be strictly capped at the total amount paid by the user to the Company during the 12 months preceding the event (or $0 for free users). Consequential, special, or punitive damages are entirely excluded.
13Section 13 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent court of the Company’s principal place of business.

2§ 2 (Begriffsbestimmungen)
„Zero-Knowledge“ bedeutet, dass Daten ausschließlich auf dem Endgerät verschlüsselt werden. „Wiederherstellungsschlüssel“ ist das lokale kryptografische Token zur Notizentschlüsselung. „PC Pro“ bezeichnet das kostenpflichtige Jahresabonnement für die Desktop-Nutzung.
3§ 3 (Änderungen der Bedingungen)
Das Unternehmen behält sich Anpassungen vor. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung gilt als Annahme der geänderten Bedingungen.
4§ 4 (Leistungsumfang & In-App-Kauf)
Die Mobil-App ist dauerhaft kostenfrei. PC Pro erfordert ein In-App-Abonnement im Google Play Store oder Apple App Store. Es findet keine Abrechnung über die Website statt.
5§ 5 (Kontosicherheit & Sorgfaltspflicht)
Nutzer sind für die Geheimhaltung ihrer Authentifizierungsdaten und Gerätesicherheitsfunktionen verantwortlich.
6§ 6 (Zero-Knowledge-Architektur & Haftungsausschluss bei Schlüsselverlust)
Vollständiger Haftungsausschluss für verlorene Notizen
Das Unternehmen besitzt keine Entschlüsselungsschlüssel. Geht der Wiederherstellungsschlüssel verloren, kann das Unternehmen Daten technisch nicht wiederherstellen und übernimmt hierfür keinerlei Haftung.
7§ 7 (Leistungsänderungen & Verfügbarkeit)
Wartungsarbeiten können zu vorübergehenden Unterbrechungen führen. Ersatzansprüche für Ausfälle unentgeltlicher Dienste sind ausgeschlossen.
8§ 8 (Verbotene Handlungen)
Dekompilierung, Reverse Engineering und die unerlaubte Weiterveräußerung von Lizenzen sind strikt untersagt.
9§ 9 (Geistiges Eigentum)
Alle Urheber- und Markenrechte verbleiben uneingeschränkt bei StrayKitty Studio.
10§ 10 (Kündigung von Abonnements)
Abonnements müssen mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf in den Store-Kontoeinstellungen gekündigt werden. Das Löschen der App stellt keine Kündigung dar.
11§ 11 (Gewährleistungsausschluss - AS-IS)
Ausschluss stillschweigender Gewährleistungen
Die Software wird „wie besehen“ (AS-IS) ohne Gewähr für ununterbrochene oder fehlerfreie Nutzbarkeit bereitgestellt.
12§ 12 (Haftungsbegrenzung auf 12 Monate)
Haftungsobergrenze
Die Gesamthaftung des Unternehmens ist auf den Gesamtbetrag beschränkt, den der Nutzer in den vorangegangenen 12 Monaten tatsächlich an das Unternehmen entrichtet hat (0 € bei Gratisnutzung). Die Haftung für mittelbare Schäden ist ausgeschlossen.
13§ 13 (Rechtswahl & Gerichtsstand)
Es gilt das Recht der Republik Korea. Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz des Unternehmens.

2Artículo 2 (Definiciones)
"Conocimiento Cero" significa que las notas se cifran localmente y la Compañía no almacena claves de descifrado. "Clave de Recuperación" es el token criptográfico local para recuperar notas. "PC Pro" es la suscripción anual para la app de escritorio.
3Artículo 3 (Efecto y modificaciones)
El uso continuado tras la publicación de actualizaciones implica la plena aceptación de los nuevos términos.
4Artículo 4 (Servicios y compras integradas)
El uso móvil es gratuito para siempre. Las funciones PC Pro se adquieren mediante compra integrada en Google Play o Apple App Store. No se procesan pagos directos en la web.
5Artículo 5 (Seguridad de cuenta y dispositivo)
El usuario es el único responsable de la protección de su dispositivo y mecanismos biométricos.
6Artículo 6 (Conocimiento Cero y exención por pérdida de claves)
Exención total por pérdida de datos
La Compañía no almacena contraseñas maestras. Si pierde su Clave de Recuperación o formatea su dispositivo sin copia, la Compañía no podrá descifrar sus notas y no asume responsabilidad alguna.
7Artículo 7 (Modificaciones y suspensión)
La Compañía puede actualizar o suspender temporalmente los servicios gratuitos por mantenimiento técnico sin generar derecho a compensación.
8Artículo 8 (Conductas prohibidas)
Queda prohibida la ingeniería inversa, descompilación, redistribución o reventa no autorizada del software.
9Artículo 9 (Propiedad intelectual)
Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual pertenecen con exclusividad a StrayKitty Studio.
10Artículo 10 (Cancelación de suscripciones)
Las suscripciones deben cancelarse en los ajustes de Google Play o Apple ID con 24 horas de antelación. Desinstalar la app no cancela el cobro.
11Artículo 11 (Exclusión de garantías - AS-IS)
Condición "Tal cual"
El servicio se entrega "tal cual" (AS-IS) y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías expresas ni implícitas de ningún tipo.
12Artículo 12 (Límite estricto de responsabilidad a 12 meses)
Límite cuantitativo
La responsabilidad total de la Compañía se limita estrictamente a la cantidad abonada por el usuario en los 12 meses previos al hecho causante (o 0 $ para usuarios de la versión gratuita). Quedan excluidos los daños indirectos o emergentes.
13Artículo 13 (Ley aplicable y jurisdicción)
Se rige por las leyes de la República de Corea, siendo competentes los tribunales de la sede principal de la Compañía.

3Article 3 (Opposabilité & Modifications)
L'Éditeur se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes conditions. La poursuite de l'utilisation vaut acceptation intégrale.
4Article 4 (Services & Achats intégrés)
L'usage mobile est gratuit à vie. L'accès PC Pro nécessite un achat intégré via Google Play Store ou Apple App Store. Aucune facturation n'a lieu sur le site web.
5Article 5 (Sécurité du compte et de l'appareil)
L'utilisateur est seul responsable de la protection de son matériel, des mécanismes biométriques et de son compte Google.
6Article 6 (Zero-Knowledge & Perte de clés)
Exonération totale pour perte de données
L'Éditeur ne stocke aucune clé maîtresse. En cas de perte de la Clé de Récupération, l'Éditeur est dans l'impossibilité de restaurer vos notes et décline toute responsabilité pour toute perte de données.
7Article 7 (Modifications & Maintenance)
L'Éditeur peut modifier ou suspendre temporairement les fonctionnalités gratuites sans préavis pour maintenance.
8Article 8 (Comportements prohibés)
Toute ingénierie inverse, décompilation ou revente non autorisée du logiciel est formellement interdite.
9Article 9 (Propriété intellectuelle)
L'ensemble des codes, éléments visuels et marques sont la propriété exclusive de StrayKitty Studio.
10Article 10 (Résiliation de l'abonnement)
L'abonnement doit être résilié via le compte Google Play ou Apple ID au moins 24 heures avant l'échéance. Désinstaller l'application ne suspend pas la facturation.
11Article 11 (Exclusion de garantie - EN L'ÉTAT)
Fourniture « EN L'ÉTAT »
Le service est mis à disposition « EN L'ÉTAT » sans garantie d'adéquation à un usage particulier ni d'absence d'anomalies.
12Article 12 (Plafond strict de responsabilité à 12 mois)
Plafond indemnitaire
La responsabilité totale de l'Éditeur est strictement limitée au montant total payé par l'utilisateur à l'Éditeur au cours des 12 mois précédant le fait générateur (0 € pour les utilisateurs gratuits). Tout dommage indirect est totalement exclu.
13Article 13 (Loi applicable & Juridiction)
Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit de la République de Corée, les tribunaux du siège de l'Éditeur étant seuls compétents.
