제로 날리지(Zero-Knowledge) 아키텍처 안내
NaMemo는 클라이언트 종단간 암호화(AES-256-GCM) 아키텍처를 채택하고 있어, 서버에는 메모 본문의 평문이 저장되지 않으며 오직 암호문 형태로만 동기화 보관됩니다. 계정 삭제 시 서버에 저장된 해당 암호화 데이터와 계정 연결 정보가 완전히 영구 파기됩니다.

3삭제 대상 데이터 항목
이용자의 데이터 삭제 요청이 접수되고 본인 확인이 완료되면, 회사의 클라우드 동기화 서버에서 다음 데이터가 영구적으로 파기(삭제)됩니다:
계정 식별 정보: NaMemo 인증 서버(Supabase Auth)에 등록된 사용자 고유 식별자(UUID), 연동된 Google 계정 식별 메타데이터, 인증 토큰 및 세션 정보.
클라우드 동기화 메모 데이터: 서버 데이터베이스에 저장된 암호화된 메모 레코드 일체(AES-256-GCM 암호문, 카테고리 태그 메타데이터, 최종 수정 일시).
기기 연동 메타데이터: 다중 기기 동기화에 사용된 기기 식별값 및 동기화 상태 기록.
서버에서 데이터가 영구 삭제되면 즉시 물리적·논리적으로 복원이 불가능하므로, 삭제 전 필요한 메모는 반드시 로컬 백업을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.
4보관될 수 있는 데이터 및 법적 근거
회사는 삭제 요청 접수 시 원칙적으로 모든 이용자 데이터를 즉시 파기합니다. 단, 관계 법령에 규정된 의무를 준수하기 위해 불가피한 경우에 한하여 아래의 데이터는 일정 기간 안전하게 분리 보관된 후 파기됩니다:
전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률: 유료 구독(NaMemo PC Pro) 결제 및 환불 이력이 있는 경우, 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록(스토어 주문번호, 결제 일시, 금액 등)은 5년간 별도 데이터베이스에 분리 보관됩니다. (결제 정보는 스토어 결제 내역 조회를 위한 증빙 목적으로만 열람됩니다.)
소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리에 관한 기록:3년간 보관.
통신비밀보호법 및 시스템 보안 감사: 서비스 부정 이용 방지, 악의적 해킹 차단 및 법적 분쟁 대응을 위해 자동으로 생성된 최소한의 비식별화 시스템 접속 로그는 최대 3개월 동안 보관된 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
5처리 소요 기간 안내
삭제 요청 이메일이 정상적으로 접수되면, 회사는 영업일 기준 7일 이내(최대 30일 이내)에 계정 인증 정보 및 클라우드 동기화 데이터베이스 레코드의 영구 삭제 작업을 완료합니다.
삭제 작업이 성공적으로 완료되면 접수해 주신 이메일로 최종 처리 결과 통보 회신을 발송해 드립니다.
6Android 기기 로컬 데이터 삭제 안내 (필독)
로컬 우선(Local-First) 구조에 따른 중요 안내
NaMemo는 네트워크가 연결되지 않은 환경에서도 신속하게 작동하는 로컬 우선(Local-First) 앱입니다. 사용자의 Android 스마트폰/태블릿 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관되어 있고 서버에 동기화되지 않은 로컬 메모 데이터는 개발사 서버로 전송되지 않으므로, 회사가 원격으로 사용자의 기기 내 데이터를 삭제할 수 없습니다.
기기에 저장된 모든 로컬 메모 데이터를 삭제하고자 하실 경우, 아래의 방법 중 하나를 선택하여 사용자가 직접 기기에서 삭제하셔야 합니다:

7Google Drive 사용자 백업 데이터 삭제 안내
사용자가 NaMemo 앱의 백업/복원 기능을 통해 본인의 개인 Google Drive에 직접 내보내기(백업)한 파일은 회사의 서버가 아닌 이용자의 개인 Google Drive 저장소에 저장됩니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인 Google Drive 계정 저장소에 직접 접근하거나 파일을 임의로 수정·삭제할 수 있는 관리자 권한을 보유하고 있지 않습니다. 따라서 Google Drive에 백업된 파일의 삭제를 원하실 경우, 이용자가 직접 Google Drive에 접속하여 해당 백업 파일(예: .namemo_backup 또는 지정 폴더 내 백업 파일)을 삭제해 주셔야 합니다.

3Data Subject to Deletion
Upon verification of your request, the Company permanently deletes the following records from cloud synchronization servers:
Account Identification Data: User unique identifier (UUID), linked Google account metadata, authentication tokens, and active session records.
Cloud Synchronized Notes: All encrypted note records stored in cloud databases (AES-256-GCM ciphertext, category/tag metadata, timestamps).
Device Linkage Data: Registered device identifiers used for multi-device sync.
Once deleted from the server, cloud data is permanently unrecoverable.
4Retained Data & Legal Ground
The Company purges all personal data upon request, except where retention is strictly required by statutory regulations:
Commercial & Tax Laws: If you purchased a paid subscription (e.g., NaMemo PC Pro), transaction and purchase records (store order numbers, dates, payment amounts) must be retained for up to 5 years in isolated storage solely for tax compliance and legal accounting.
Security & Anti-Abuse Logs: Minimum anonymized server connection logs are retained for up to 3 months to safeguard system integrity and prevent fraudulent exploitation.
5Processing Timeline
Once a valid deletion request is received, the Company permanently purges all cloud account and synchronized note data within 7 business days (and no later than 30 calendar days).
A written confirmation email will be sent to your contact address once the deletion process is finalized.
6Local Android Device Data
Important Notice on Local-First Architecture
NaMemo is built on a Local-First architecture. Any notes or cached data residing solely on your Android smartphone or tablet that have not been synchronized to the cloud are never transferred to Company servers. Consequently, the Company cannot remotely delete files stored locally on your device.
To remove all local note data from your device, you must delete it manually through any of the following methods:
Method 1 (In-App Clear): Open NaMemo > [Settings] > [Clear All Notes / Reset Data]
Method 2 (Android OS Settings): Go to Android [Settings] > [Apps] > [NaMemo] > [Storage] > [Clear Data]
Method 3 (App Uninstall): Uninstall NaMemo directly from your Android device.
7Google Drive User Backups
Backup archives exported directly to your personal Google Drive via the app's backup feature are stored exclusively in your personal Google Drive storage space.
The Company holds no administrative access or permissions to modify or delete files in your personal Google Drive. If you wish to delete exported backups, you must visit Google Drive directly and delete the corresponding backup files.
